PET DROP OFF APPOINTMENTS

For your convenience, drop-off’ appointments are available. A ‘drop off’ means you are able to bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off’ sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine your pet in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.

When you arrive at the hospital, a veterinary technician will go over your concerns and ask pertinent medical questions, including your pet’s vaccination history. Please allow time for this discussion when you drop off your pet. Please bring a fresh stool sample if requested.

Once we have completed the examination and any diagnostic testing (as needed), we will contact you and go over all findings and discuss any discharge instructions with you.
